| International excitement builds as the China-leg of the
7-Continent Live Earth Concert Series Reveals Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and
International Lineup

SHANGHAI (June 19, 2007) -- Organizers today announced
details of the Live Earth concert which will be held in Shanghai on July 7,
2007. The much-anticipated Live Earth Shanghai show will feature top mainland,
Hong Kong, Taiwan and international artists live on stage. The Shanghai leg of
the 7-continent, 24-hour concert will be held on the on the steps of the
Oriental Pearl Tower.
Performing live on stage at the Shanghai show are:
Artists from the popular television programs "My Hero" and "My Show" will
perform as well.
Live Earth was founded by Kevin Wall, CEO of Control Room, the company
producing the concerts globally. Live Earth will bring together more than 100 of
the world's top music acts to educate people about the climate crisis. Live
Earth seeks to inspire its global audience to make meaningful and lasting
changes in their lives and spur action to turn the tide on global warming.
Live Earth marks the beginning of a multi-year campaign led by the Alliance for Climate Protection and other international NGOS
to move individuals, corporations and governments to take action to solve global
warming. Former Vice President of the United States Al Gore is the Chair of the
Alliance for Climate Protection and a Partner of Live Earth.

unite the world against the climate crisis on July 7," Wall said. "This show
will not only engage people in China and Asia, and Shanghai is a world capital
that provides us with a global platform."

The 24-hour Live Earth concert series will begin in Sydney, Australia on July
7, 2007 and continue across all 7 continents with events in Tokyo, Japan; Shanghai, China; Istanbul, Turkey; Johannesburg, South Africa; London, United Kingdom; Hamburg, Germany; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, before concluding in New York, United States.
Live Earth Shanghai is organised by Shanghai Oriental Pearl Live Nation
Sports and Entertainment Co. Ltd and is supported by Shanghai Media Group, the
United Nations Development Programme China (UNDP), China Environmental Awareness
Programme (CEAP), United Nations Volunteers (UNV), the World Wildlife Fund China
