Matthew McConaughey took time out of his busy schedule of working up a sweat with BFF Lance Armstrong to spend some time with ex-girlfriend Penélope Cruz. On Wednesday, paparazzi snapped the pair, who broke off their two-year-old romance in June due to "busy work schedules," exiting a Beverly Hills eatery hand-in-hand. McConaughey, decked out in a visor, flip-flops, wrinkled shorts and plenty of facial scruff, courteously opened the car door for Cruz, looking lovely in a long halter dress, before hopping in the driver's seat and zooming off. No word on whether the former flames were just catching up or if a reunion is in the works.

Is Kristin Cavallari putting the moves on Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, the former fiancé of Nicole Richie, who is currently joined hip-to-bony-hip with Kristin's ex squeeze, Brody Jenner? On Tuesday night in Manhattan, the fame-craving C-lister, 19, turned up at a Guess jeans shindig with Goldstein, 33, and later joined him at Bungalow 8, where she either "chatted him up until 3 a.m." (per the New York Post) or was "cuddling" with him until 4 a.m. (per the New York Daily News). Goldstein's rep, however, is quick to brush off talk of a love connection, telling both papers, "AM is dating, but not Kristin Cavallari. They are just friends." Echoes Cavallari to Us Weekly, "He's a friend! He's a friend and that's it!" She's quick to add, "I think [Nicole is] a sweetheart. I think they'll be good together. So I'm happy for both of them."

Speaking of Nicole, she parked her tiny tuchus opposite Tyra Banks to discuss just how fed up she is with everyone discussing her twiggy frame. "It's horrible," she kvetches, "especially when you're trying to do something about it and you have just so many eyes watching you and people talking about you. We don't go around and call people fat that are overweight ... I don't know why it's OK to do it to people that are too thin."

Will Rachel Bilson soon meet an untimely, Mischa Barton-esque end on "The O.C."? The cute-as-a-button starlet reveals that when it comes to the Fox drama, she's both been there and emoted that. Elvis Costello and Diana Krall are going to be pulling double lullaby duty. People reports the crooners are expecting twins, who are due to arrive in December. Krall says they know what they're having, "but we're keeping that private because we just want to have something for ourselves."
