See which new genre TV shows deserve room on your DVR

The fall TV season is in full swing and we've given some of the new genre TV shows time to settle in, so now it's time to give them a second look. We've come to learn that when you're talking genre TV, sometimes you need to give the shows time to find their footing and establish their tone, especially when they're telling serial stories with complex characters in strange settings. This year we decided to get some of our favorite contributors to spend more than a couple of episodes with these new shows and find out if any have that certain something that demands they get programmed into your DVR. And to make things interesting, we decided to throw in a couple of genre shows that haven't debut yet but are at least worth an advance look (in other words, we're guessing). We also decided to throw in some genre shows that have been on the air for a while to see whether they're worth another look. Let's face it: Space on the DVR is sacred.
