Country music awards shows always offer a few surprises among the winners,
and the 47th Academy of Country Music Awards, airing on CBS April 1, are not
likely to be an exception. While Kenny Chesney leads the pack of
nominations with nine, look for the show to spread the love (and the trophies)
among quite a few country superstars and up-and-comers. Here are our predictions
on who will take home the hat-shaped hardware.
