Performing at the Japan Concert

All of 19 years old, pop songstress Ayaka Iida was signed to Warner not long after she graduated high school. Her first single, 2006's "I Believe," was a smash hit, which is all the more impressive considering that it was a download-only release. Her debut record, "First Message," came out later that year and sold 350,000 copies in its first week. For her latest single, "Winding Road," Ayaka collaborated with the band Kobukuro; the track was released earlier this year and scaled the charts, peaking at No. 2.
