Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer don't seem too worried about
overindulging on together-time. On Wednesday, the carefully coiffed couple moved
their well-documented schmoopiness from Miami to New York, where
they hit the paparazzi-surrounded Waverly Inn for a low-key dinner with pals.
"Jennifer was just smiling and looking on, clearly in love with him and acting
like he was the smartest guy on Earth," a picture-painting, conclusion-leaping
eyewitness relays to Us. "She rubbed his back several times and they had their
hands touching under the table. It was really cute!" People reports the
joke-cracking singer-songwriter, 30, who was spied sneaking a backstage kiss from the tanned and toned
actress, 39, during a performance in Orlando Tuesday night, kept her laughing
during their meal. (For those wondering -- and you know who you are -- Us says
they split a $55 plate of truffle mac and cheese.) Jen and John foiled
shutterbugs trying to get a shot of them together by exiting the eatery
separately. They then headed over to Hudson Bar and Books, where they were
"kissing, hugging and posing for photos together," reports People. And the
definitive sign that they're smitten? Mayer got funky and did a "goofy little
dance" for Aniston, who refrained from covering her face in embarrassment. They
were later seen entering -- separately, of course -- Jen's New York hotel.
Mariah and Nick: two months and counting
... |
For Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, domestic bliss is apparently even
more blissful when there are cameras around to capture every perfect moment. Not
only did the so-called "soul mates" pony up their wedding pics to People magazine, but they're
also offering snaps of their post-wedding bash at Six Flags Magic Mountain on Tuesday
night. If these pictures are any indication, nothing says true love forever more
than staring directly at the camera, diamond rings prominently flashing, while
saying "whee!" on a roller coaster. Anyhoo, someone who's supposedly not feeling
the fun these days is Mariah's ex, music producer Mark Sudack. Us Weekly reports
that even though he and the high-maintenance chart-topper quietly broke up in
early 2008 after more than three years of under-the-radar coupledom, Sudack
feels "shattered" over her impulsive "I dos." "Everyone is scared to call him
because no one knows what to say," a "pal" blabs to the mag. "He never thought
she would go off and marry someone else. He's heartbroken and shocked."
Rihanna recently admitted that she and Chris Brown are "very close now," and it appears the
camera-shy couple is out to prove just how close that is. According to People,
the musical squeezes got touchy-feely Wednesday night at a Kanye West concert in New York, with the chanteuse, 20,
puckering up for a "big kiss" with the crooner. It's the latest round of PDA for
the affectionate pair, who have been snapped in several snuggly poses over the
last few months, including last week at a Miami KFC, where Rihanna was captured
leaning in for a smooch and wrapping her arms around Brown.
Kate Bosworth doesn't have a
parasite. |
Kate Bosworth is placing the blame for her once painfully
bony figure on her breakup with Orlando Bloom. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar (via
Australia's Daily Telegraph), she says the implosion of their romance after four
capricious years together left her so stressed out she had no appetite,
resulting in her cricketlike form and prompting headlines questioning her
health. "It was my first very difficult breakup with someone I loved deeply and
no matter how much I ate, it didn't matter," says the still twiggy actress, who
began dating strapping model James Rousseau not long after she and Bloom parted
ways. "I hold all my emotions in the pit of my stomach, so it became difficult
to eat. I remember going to a nutritionist and asking, 'Do I have a parasite?"'
Kirsten Dunst has been handed her walking papers, but not,
it seems, by Ryan Gosling, with whom she's recently been seen spending time. WWD reports the
snaggletoothed actress is being replaced as the face of Miu Miu by gap-toothed
Vanessa Paradis, the fashion-forward longtime love of Johnny Depp. On the plus side, FoxNews.com claims "things
are getting serious" between Dunst and Gosling, who are co-starring in the drama
"All Good Things." "She is at a point where she wants to
settle down," maintains an insider. "Ryan is good for her."
