Day two at Comic Con 2009 is in the books and well, we are still exhausted. And a bit jumpy. Perhaps cranky. But hey the panels are ending, the parties will soon start and there are certain lubrications that help ease the pain.
Thursday was definitely the roughest day in terms of covering big-name movie events, but Friday wasn't too far behind. Simply put, you just couldn't see and cover everything, even with several writers. But we did the best we could and saw some pretty great stuff and massive stars (I just saw Rebecca Romijn get out of her car and check into my hotel... ok, so not the biggest name I saw today but easily the best legs).
So, what did we see? Check our blog and find the following:
— A six pack of Warner Brothers' previews. We caught footage and interviews around: "Where the Wild Things Are," "The Book of Eli," "A Nightmare on Elm Street," "The Box," "Jonah Hex" and "Sherlock Holmes"... including celeb appearances by Denzel Washington, Gary Oldman, Cameron Diaz and more.
— A peak at "9" with Jennifer Connelly and Elijah Wood and Tim Burton
— Comic-Con veteran James Rocchi's first trip around the convention floor. The horror, the horror.
— A TON of TV coverage, including looks at "The Prisoner," "Bones," "24" and "Dollhouse"
Keep checking our blog for all updates...
