Paul Reiser's easygoing wife on "Mad About You." Holding her own against Jack
Nicholson in the film "As Good as It Gets," she not ... moreonly won the Golden Globe
but beat out the likes of Judi Dench and Kate Winslet for the Best Actress
Oscar. She made her feature directorial debut in 2007 with "Then She Found Me"
and returned to acting in 2011's "Soul Surfer." Her role as a sex surrogate in
this year's Sundance hit "The Sessions" just may earn her a return trip to the
podium.
