The only drawback to this movie is also a plus- it's length. Four hours is long for a movie, but on the other hand, it is enough time to give a graphic and detailed explaination to the greatest battle ever fought on American soil. Was this review helpful? Sign In 1 out of 1 users found this helpful Review of GhostbustersPosted: 12/25/2002A review of Ghostbusters by SchreckEffect An all together great movie with comedy, sarcasm, a solid plot, and great acting, Ghostbusters is heralded as a comedy classic. Considering that at the time of the release in 1984, the composers of the musical score only had 4 months to put it together, it was fantastic.
