God is she gorgeous. Plus she can act. Bana shows again that he isn't much of an actor. Girls go see it cuz this is what you like. I thought it was very entertaining and held my attention from the start. It does not have the radical camera movement seen in Cloverleaf so don't pass on this because of that. I hated Cloverleaf because of that camera work. My advice is to go see it and decide for yourself and you will walk out saying either "That was great" or "What a POS" but you won't know till you go see it. Give it a shot! Was this review helpful? I know that's spelled wrong but I can't figure out how to spell it so if you don't take movie advice from idiots then just ignore this review and move on. I would see this if....1. you are a woman 2. you are going to the movie with a woman you love, want to marry, want to get to know better, are lookin to get some, or just want to be a good friend to a woman. 3. you are gay or want to be gay. 4. you're a stud and you will go to any movie with Amy Adams in it because she plays always these innocent women but you know in your heart that she is absolutely hot and can tear your head off and is anything but innocent. Lady Sarah and Drover have a love story that ranks with the best of all time. Nicole Kidman WILL win Best Actress for this role.
What an EPIC!!! Thanks Baz. These folks that give it bad reviews are nuts. Nullah and King George are amazing. How do they create these great stories. Go see it if you have a heart. Lots of action but pretty fragmented and not much of a story. Daniel Criag isn't James Bond. He's great as an action guy or romantic lead but he just doesn't have the James Bond class. If you are a fan of his then you will see the film and love it. Look for award nominations for Eastwood in Best Picture, Director, and Musical Score and also a Best Actress nomination for Jolie...she is teriffic. It's hard for me to believe anyone can give this less than four stars. Also, it's great to see and feel how Los Angeles was at this time. Was this review helpful? If you are thinking about seeing this movie then just go see it. A really smart, funny, well acted, well directed, and well written film. Loads of fun. Top quality actors at the top of their game. Well worth the $10.00. McDormand hits a homer...as does Swinton.....and Pitt...and Clooney.... and Malkovich...and Jenkins...and.........
