I went to see the movie with no great expectations even if Gwyneth Paltrow has always been one of my favorite actress and I came out smiling! It was a graet movie and it's different than all the ";hollywood romantic-comedies"; because it shows you a message: If you want, you could but not necessarely the first time! Mike Myers is hilarious, Gwyneth is just amazing and the participation of Candice Bergen makes the movie even more great! Finally a comedy where you laugh even if it's smart! :)

Posted: 3/25/2003A review of Shakespeare in Love by DontWonder_JustBelieve
Gwyneth Paltrow, one of the greatest actress ever, stars in the movie as Viola, a well-born girl. This young girl wants to become an actress but at this time (around 1536), only guys are aloud to play. She decides to dress up as a boy and pass the audition and Master Shakespeare (Joseph Fiennes) thinks he's great but discovers that in reality, SHE's great and falls completely in love with Viola. Unfortunately, they have to hide their love because Viola will get married so enough to a man that she hates. At the same time, Shakespeare writes his story about his love affair with Viola and progessively, they create the play of Romeo and Juliet and they are the hero of this love story. A great movie that will enchant you forever!

Bounce might be in the category ";romantic-comedie"; but it's probably the best of those! A movie about the simple things of life, about a mother (Gwyneth Paltrow) who is such an inspiration and a guy who lied to defend himself. The movie is really realistic. Gwyneth Paltrow, one of the rare actress who can really play this role, is great in the role of Abby. After seeing that movie, it gave me the feeling I could challenge every obstacle that life will bring me. When I don't feel powerful, Bounce cheers me up! :) Great movie!

The script is brillant, the actors's performance are fabulous... It's really great! It's so different from all the movies you usually see everyday. Nicole Kidman plays Virginia Woolf, a writter. Yes, we see a suicide at the beginning but it's to show you what happened to Virginia and how it happened. It certainelely won't ruined the movie at all but just help you to understand better. Julianne Moore is really stunning is the movie and Meryl Streep also. It can change your perception of life, make it better, because of the script. The sentences said by every caracter are intelligent and unique. I surely can understand why this great movie won a Golden Globe!
