It was like an updated version of those old Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson "vigilante justice" films like "Death Wish" or "Dirty Harry", only worse. If the paparazzi in the movie had been conflicted about their scuzzy livelihood, or even indifferent, it might have been interesting and gripping. But they're just the usual gang of sleazeball nasties with stubble and bad hygiene, so we can cheer without guilt as the marble-faced hero eliminates them one by one. This movie has a parade of the most pointless, witless celebrity cameos ever, as well as cheap jabs at the emotions like an adorable little boy who is put in a coma by the camera-toting creeps. It also asks us to believe that an attractive woman would actually trade sentences with Tom Sizemore (who doesn't look like he's too regular with things like bathing). Was this review helpful?
