It is funny, thoughtful, sensitive, and moving. You find yourself rooting for Ofelia and almost shouting advice at the screen. The role of Ofelia was played beautifully and you could really feel her pain and desperation. This movie was so touching, I was nearly moved to tears. I wont say the ending, to not spoil it for others, but, however sad I could not think of a more fitting ending to an equally amazing tale. Was this review helpful? This isnt the Harry Potter or Daniel Radcliffe fansite. This is a genuinely good movie that deserves a chance, and deserves to be seen as a movie independent by itself, and not just some outpost of that Harry Potter actor when he has free time on his hands! Just because you are a Harry Potter fan doesnt mean you should write off any other project that Radcliffe attempts. Watch the movie as a whole, not just Daniel Radcliffe! Was this review helpful? Okay this one really really bugs me. The point that Harry has green eyes is according to J.K. Rowling important to the seventh book. The fact that he shares this trait with his mother is supposed to be key. Daniel Radcliffe has blue eyes. They look quite nice in fact but it is not consistent with the books. This is one of the few physical traits he shares with his mother so I at least hoped they would get it right.
Okay by now most of you probably think I am some superficial must stick to the book people youre partially right.. I like the book and like to see it followed. Okay now this is the time that all you people will start shooting flaming arrows at me or something bt here goes nothing...
4) Daniel Radcliffe is a BAD actor
Feebly ducks from history books thrown at by angry mob Who needs history books anyway? Anyway, besides the point. Daniel is not a good actor. His tears look so fake and whenever I watch the movie I feel like Im watching some drama queen or in this case king trying to act natural. Thye should get someone more natural, and better fitted to the park.
