Posted: 3/21/2005A review of Alone in the Dark by Germboygel
Bad script, dreadful movie, absymal acting, very dull special effects, too much blubber talking, very BAD, plain, dull, silly, AVOID this at all costs. This shouldbe banished from earth and all trace destroyed. Uwe Boll should be ashamed (again) as well as Christian Slater, Tara Reid and Stephen Dorff.

Very decent movie, has great scares and a lot of jump scenes. Charing Cross Station is pretty creepy at night!

Posted: 7/3/2004A review of Scary Movie 2 by Germboygel
Scary Movie 2 is a very funny movie and is a good rental, but it lack fun just as it hits the middle of the movie. The movie gets boring and dull and the lacks of laugh make it get boring. I do recommend this, but only for the few laughs. Just watch it.

Posted: 7/7/2004A review of Gothika by Germboygel
Gothika is a movie with no horror, it's like a unscary horror movie. Halle Berry, Penelope Cruz and Charles Dutton are very talented actors, but they shouldn't have accepted their roles in Gothika, they've wasted their talent in the monstrosaty. The movie is slightly entertaining, but it does get boring and predictable. If you want a 'scary/thriller' movie to watch, go to your nearest blockbuster and rent something 'good' out. Gothika is overall a mess of a film which is freaky and one to be missed.

Posted: 7/3/2004A review of Bring It On Again by Germboygel
I really enjoyed Bring it on and the sequel Bring it on Again. The 1st was better. The second was funny and entertaining - like the first - but the ending was kinda quick. The dances were cool, but we didn't get to see them go to nationals like in the 1st! Shame....

Blade is a good movie, I haven't seen it for ages but It is a fun thrill ride! For people who like action/horror movies, not one for young children.

Posted: 7/3/2004A review of Cube by Germboygel
The Cube, what can I say about it? Boring and difficult to understand. This movie has a lot of maths in it - this is more like a maths lesson than a movie! I say if you are wanting to watch a boring, boggle-your-mind movie - watch it. Anyone else, avoid!

Posted: 4/23/2004A review of Legally Blonde by Germboygel
Legally Blonde is an awesome movie and one for the males and females. The story follows Warner Huntington III (Matthew Davis) dumping girlfriend Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon) - Warner is a law student and Elle is a sorority sister. When Warner leaves Elle, Elle decides to leave her sorority house (full of 50+ women) and go to Harvard Law School (where Warner goes) and try and get Warner back and prove how smart she is. But Elle comes across Warner's new snotty Fiancee Vivian Kensington (Selma Blair) - a real 'Miss know-it-all'. On the first week or so, Elle is very dumb in the classes and is asked to leave - But soon gets better. When Elle gets better, she is asked to solve a court case about Brooke Taylor Windham (Ali Larter) being accused of shooting her 'old' husband. Anyway, this is a must see for the girls and a good laugh for the lads. 10/10 - a great chick-flick!

Posted: 4/23/2004A review of X2: X-Men United by Germboygel
Since I was a little boy, I have always loved the X-Men. When I first saw the first X-Men movie, I really enjoyed it. But the sequel has more action and characters. There are some very good fight sequences and some brilliant special effects in X2 and some great extras on the 2-Disc DVD. X-Men 2 (X2) is a must-see for action fans and fans of the X-Men series. If you are not familiar to the X-Men, see this - you won't regret it. 10/10 - it deserves it.

Posted: 4/23/2004A review of Identity by Germboygel
Identity is one of those whoddunit movies, when bodies start piling up and no one trusts anybody. The story follows ten strangers (Amanda Peet, Rebecca DeMornay, Ray Liotta, John Cusack, Leila Kenzle, Bret Loehr, John C. McGinley, Clea DuVall, William Lee Scott, Jake Busey and John Hawkes) stranded at a motel, after a terrible storm floods the roads. But when an actress (DeMornay) is found decapitated - everybody thinks it's police convict Maine (Busey). But when he turns up dead - no one knows who to blame. Is it one of their own? - I am not going to tell you. If you're into Cluedo or any mystery/thriller/horror movies you'll like this. Identity is one fun movie with a shocking twist at the end. A definate must-see.
