I thought the movie was good it had a unique story and was funny.Half of you gave the movie bad reviews because of the title and didnt even see it.So in conclusion who the f*ck cares about the title....You all Sicken Me............... Sign In 2 out of 5 users found this helpful Requiem For a DreamPosted: 1/4/2004A review of Requiem for a Dream by SomeLowLife65 I love this movie.Right after I saw it I went out and bought it.I used to be into drugs ok...I am into drugs and that made this movie so much better.But don't let this review fool you its not about drugs its about Dreams and how they can Fail.The acting by everyone in the cast was great ok.............Insanely Great I thought Ellen Burstyen(spelling?) should have gotten an oscar for her work in this movie.I also loved the camera angles and music all throughout the movie.Simply put This movie is GREAT. I've seen this movie about 13 times and after the 7th time I stopped picking up things I missed from the past 6 times.The acting by Guy Pearce,Joe Pantoliano, and Carrie-Anne Moss is some of the best I've seen.Guy Pearce should have at least gotten an Oscar nod for his work in this piece of Art.
