It explores the question of why some people are treated like second-rate citizens when we all are the same at heart and need each other equally. It hits you with that feeling of "Why do people make it so hard for me to simply enjoy my life?" Eventually you realize who the real "visitor" is and it makes you see things differently. The heart in this film fills up the screen and your eyes. With lots of humor, wit, and moral, this movie was enjoyable from beginning to end. I would recommend The Visitor to everyone.
