Sign In 2 out of 2 users found this helpful  Laughable acting and directingPosted: 10/8/2005A review of A History of Violence by Beavis3 Maria Bello is officially the worst actress in movies today, see this movie just to laugh at her ridiculous acting. All in all, this is a good story but your so distracted by the wooden cast (William Hurt as a gangster...please!!), the boring sex scenes (first time I ever yawned at one) that it's hard to like this movie.
