Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful  just boring.Posted: 2/1/2008A review of Meet the Spartans by movie-go-er-person okay...they could have done alot better with this movie! they took gorgeous actresses, an interesting muse movie, and poor production values (which if they played up would have been hilarious) and brought it to us with the lowest common denominator humor ever! Unlike epic movie it did not have a roving plot and story line, it stayed on subject, but did not live up to it's full potential. they weren't even trying to be funny! Carmen electra did nothing for the movie! she was supposed to be the hot comic relief but it turned out that diedrich bader did a better job playing a mediocre bad guy! What i mean is that i was impressed with his performance with the eight seconds of material they gave him and they didn't even explain why he was the bad guy....they didn't give him a motive and it felt confusing. i think that is why the movie was so bad...it was just extruded out to the mass audience with out any true motivation what so ever! The movie 300 was so overblown and ridiculous i felt truly disapointed that they did little to point it out. just made pointless sex and homosexual jokes that were so cliche and untimely i was suprised that anyone laughed at them! this movie could have been so much better....quite disapointing. i actually think i could have made a better movie.
