This movie started off okay first, then lead you on a chase of mind games each was playing each other on keeping and cashing in the drug money. the near ending usually comes to the sheriff and the bad-ass killer coming to a shootout in this kind of movie. but it just ended before they ever got to met. some justice here.

After all I have seen and heard on the Biography about the great Howard hughes, I thought Martin Scorsese would show everything he could find on the old Moneybags. So I could hardy wait to see it. Even thou scenery and action scenes looked great and Dicaprio played the character quite good. I was dissapointed how the ending was cut short with Hughes in his Mid Thirties. when in fact he lived into his seventies. I thought Scorsese would bring the ending to a climax, sending the message of a hermit Billionaire lifestyle before his death. There was little mentioned about his fat assets and no scene of how he blow millions at a Casino I read. I wished Martin showed all the stuff in a colorful glitzy way we've been hearing about Mr. Hughes, but neglected it. Has a fan, this movie was on the poorly done side. I am sure it could have been done better.

First halfway through this movie I found somewhat boring, routine. Probably because Tokyo reminds me of the city I live in. But after reading some reviews about it, then watching it all. not so bad. This is more about how downtime is spend in Hotels for visiting American’s on business. Interesting relationship, one famous married american actor befriends another younger married female american in foreign land. They share the subject of marriage, go out to paint the town and Bedside Drinks over a Movie. These are certainly some of the perks I can appreciate living in a big city. What’s most decent, is they don’t break one of the ten commandments. just needing and enjoying each other company. Charlotte comes across to be on the antisocial, jaded side thou. Is it her only attraction to Bob because he’s a famous american actor?? She’s studying soul searching and when her and Hubby runs into his old beauty acquaintance who’s too excited to notice Charlotte, while she is quietly looking her over, almost in discuss. Kelly acknowledges his status in a fun nice to meet wife way. Charlotte only notes a flaw in her intelligence sarcastically . That’s on the vicious side, to not interact with such a delightful rare encounter, only to dampen it from the behind. A rude characteristic I once noticed in a loner. I found the scene of Mount Fuji breath-taking, such an sacred giant, standing tall, above the jungle and little cities. I like to call it the Sleeping Dragon, getting it’s due beauty sleep. It also looks like Bob has a bit of a nagging and controlling wife on his hands. All in all, Bob and Charlotte harmlessly shared the freedom they have from their marriages privately together. Filling in what’s needed in most relationships, sharing and having fun in wonderful Tokyo.
