Hes dreaming to become a professional serfer one day - as his favourite movie hero. but every morning when coming to the beach of Nice he doesnt find a wave that he needs. he also doesnt even have a girlfriend - except of a mermaid that appears in his dreams every night...And one day his whole life changes his father is caught for illegal money operations, and Brice stays all alone without any money and even place to live. He tries to get a job but because of absolutely NO experience he is always kicked out. After unsuccessful attempt of bank robbery hes haunted by policemen and meets a guy - Maurice, who becomes his best and closest friend. and they decide to leave Nice and lead to Ozgor - a town where a surf competition is going to be held. the winnder gets 100,000 and Maurice offers Brice to give half of it to him because Maurice needs money for an operation on his feet (instead of 5 toes he has only ONE big). but when the competition begins they both see that Brice is fake surfer. he even cant stand on the desk correctly. Maurice finds himself a girlfriend and he no longer needs to remake his feet ( cuz his gfs ears are HUGE). Brice finds a job cleaning the beach and one morning he finally sees a great wave on the sea - exactly as he dreamt about! he could ride on it at last but sank... He was returned to life by a girl who looks exactly like a mermaid from his dreams... THE END
thought a main character was supposed to be stupid and childish , i think he was funny and sometimes even cute. i really laughed many times! this movie is great when u wanna spend your time at a comedy with no meaning.
