We both enjoyed the movie very much. All of the villians were great, especially Hans & the guy who played $#^!@$. Even Brad Pitt couldnt ruin it for us. Pitt should stick by George Clooney's side & just do Ocean's whatever sequels. Anyway, if you hate subtitles & want nonstop action, dont go see this movie. The dentist reminded me a lot of a character Will Ferrell would play. And the guy from National Treasure was good too. My only negatives is that the Rainman scene was a little hokey, & they did not explain the chicken. Other than that, great movie. I will definitely buy the DVD. Was this review helpful? Good acting & a solid storyline held my interest. And the comedy was a pleasant surprise. Also I liked the twist on Mrs. French's character. I was thinking this would be something along the lines of Fargo. Or O Brother Where... But this movie falls far short, despite all the talented actors. Save your money & rent The Big Lebowski or Raising Arizona. The very last scene in the movie where the 2 CIA guys are trying to figure out what was going on was the best. Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful Not Bad...Posted: 7/19/2008A review of Hellboy II: The Golden Army by goodmovie777 I have not seen the first Hellboy so I did not know what to expect with this movie. I have to say I enjoyed it. Yes there are more than subtle nods to Men in Black, X Men & even Star Wars, & the message that came with the Forest God scene was a bit much, but I thought it was a very good movie.
