Mr. Rush you give hope to the common man and for that I thank you. Hope that we may all share at least one sensation and in that sensation we discover equality. Far too many children in our ever growing family are quick to dimiss their brothers and sisters due to ignorance, self preservation and indecency. Fantastic movie! You'll either hate it or love it. If you hate it you're a twit who needs a diddy change and if you liked it hey wasn't that a good flick? Oh my fantastic surrealism too much too long not enough I want to tell someone I'm not having a good time because this movie wasn't made that way I would have made it. All of you people need to go back in the Jonas brothers Tyler perry theatre and leave the rest of the world alone. I have never in my life seen so many fourteen year old girls upset that Jonas brothers did not have the big opening weekend like they wanted to. So what do they all do? They get mad at the watchmen. Does this make any sense? Yes it makes perfect sense. See it twice and try to find someone who didn't like it and tell them how much you LOVE it.

This movie is about the TV game show "who wants to be a millionaire". The acting in this movie consisted of two blank stares and one gasping look. This movie seems to have been directed by a music video director who felt it best to create a two hour long video about the tv "who wants to be a millionaire". Regis Philbin must love this movie because he hosted "who wants to be a millionaire and probably thinks the movie is about him. If you enjoyed the tv game show "who wants to be a millionaire" then you might enjoy this movie. If you have had enough of the tv show "who wants to be a millionaire" then you will be disgusted by this trash. I have a feeling the same peolpe that enjoy this moive will also enjoy the movie version of "the price is right". You may find those that would tell you that this movie has great depth and artistry, they are wrong and ill informed. As well as being the cinematic version of the tv game show "who wants to be a millionaire" this mistake attempts to include a storyline whcich may or may not be a love story, you wil find more emotion inspired from that gendre in any disney made production. At no time do we witness the main character grow, change or learn from the situation placed before him by the author. This movie is snazzy and littered with music video type montages yet still remains just a movie adaptation of the game show "who wants to be a millionaire".

This is BS boring movie waste of time. Sure sure what's his name can act what's her name can act, who cares? The one guy is born old and dies a baby and the one chick screws him over like eight times boo hoo. Oscar catagory music and scenary but who really cares other than some sad critic. This piece of bull dung should have stayed a book or some BS story told in some BS coffee shop. The mere fact that this movie had enough legs to get financing is a testament to all the people in the industry who want to give filacio to brad pit. Boring and long would be a nice review, if you're a woman see the movie and keep it yourself. If you're a man doon't waste your time as I did because you'll be pissed that your wife or what not made you see this steaming pile of feces.

As a director if you chose to begin your story with the lead actors naration of the plot you should NOT drown out the actors voice with rediculous music that noone but you likes. We as viewers do not need to strain to listen to what you are trying to tell us we don't want to strain while we watch your movie please don't make us let us be entertained instead. This is a music video not a movie. If you want to promote your good freinds music please do it somewhere other than the movie you are producing. If we want to see poorly stylized nonsense we can go back to film school and watch our classmates.. PERHAPS you missed film school and that's why you insist on torturing your audience. If movie studio executives insist on burning their money they should call me first I will be happy to dispose of any cash lying around. There are other more exciting methods for producing an action movie besides music montage. LEARN THAT.

Horrible direction, bad musical score, horrid editing leads to painful-to-watch acting and wow pretty scenerary oh wait the cinematogropher had no sets. The dialouge almost hits *witty banter* but the failure of the director to preserve mood from the first scene shocks the viewer into a sudden sleep. You would think a tourist with a camera followed some actors around europe but you realize someone was paid to film this mistake.

Whoever cast this movie needs to be fired. Danny McBride should go back to selling drugs because he is an horrible actor. Its a shame the director of this movie let the casting director completely ruin one of americas treasured tv shows. Holly younger and blonder-- how stupid can you be. Will way more innocent and intelligent- will was the gay character if you missed that then youre probably gay.

Such a boring movie you could hear the seats creak as people shifted in boredom. There is nothing entertaining here, the story is bland, the costumes don't fit the lighting is awkward the dialouge is mundane, the accents are phony and the acting is high school. Too long and too uneventful to make millions pay to see it. You will enjoy talking about how bad this movie more than you enjoy seeing it.

Would have been a billion dollar juggarnaut if not done in the shakey hand documentary style. Just tell the story next time and don't try to be an "oscar winner". Lame a$$ wanna be director ruins the whole thing. Shoot it straight you would have had a huge franchise on your hands instead you opt for a very small niche in a bizzare pigeon hole. You make films for your audience not for you, read a book on the subject. Try going to film school where you are taught the importance of focus and steadiness. Now there will be psychos raving about how they enjoyed disctrict 9 while the rest of the planet is sick of having to deal with crazy person. You seperated your audience, how ironic. Shame on you, give back the money.

Let me explain how these types of movies get produced. Four key people seek out investors for a project refered to as "heartfelt". These four people promise an audience based on star pull alone then they begin to search for a script. Production cost is kept low. Inexpensive sets, little to no make-up, little to no costume, little to no muscial score. The only peolpe going to see this movie are pseudo intellects whom imagine their own relationships may mirror those of the pretty people on the screen. Please do the economy a favor and stop making trash like this. Did you know the year is 2009 and there is a vast amount of technology and man power available to you to make a great film? Why not swing for the stars with each screenplay you put into production. These types of movies are best left in their original OFF BROADWAY stage format. The only need there is to produce this trash is to fill the pockets of the actors. I hate you for making this waste of time and I hate the audience you pander to, both are a disgrace to society. This is not entertainment in any way what so ever. You cannot claim to be producing witty and intelligent cinema when you throw this trash in the face of your expected viewer. Horrible horrible horrible thing. This is not film this is weekday soap opera rubbish. Stop producing garbage for the sake of the industry. You got lucky you made a few money making movies, that doesn't give you the right to produce garbage for the rest of your carreer.
