There were a few funny parts but not many. I think the topic was allittle to old for the age it is adverising to. Id say its worth renting on dvd but not bying. Was this review helpful? Really the movie only had 3 real battel scenes in the whole thing (wich werent very interesting they just went on to long) and the rest was just talking. The first monster- battle kinda left me feeling sick. The movie has a broken-up, badly-put-together plot and not much else. The only thing that kept me from wishing the movie was over was the animation. It was nicely done and was the only thing(in my opinion) that saved the movie. So if you still want to go then i suggest seeing it in 3D just for alittle more to look forward to. Was this review helpful? Its engaging, action packed and still kept the beauty and awesome story-telling of Miyazakis other master peices.I totally recamend this movie and all of his others! Was this review helpful? The story was wonderful and the characters were very well put together. I think this movie could have tond down the violince a bit but in a way it made it seem even more relistic....I would definetly suggest this movie to any one whos not that grossed out by blood... I just saw the trailer on tv and it looks awsome espeicial for a werewolf lover like my self! I didnt know that there was a book until I saw these reviews. A historical beaty.(Listen to me I dont talk like that).OK, Other then the bloody battle scences I thought this movie was pretty good,you should go see itif your ok with seeing blood.
