Be careful little eyes what you see... No, I have not seen the movie nor will I. While the film itself is not (according to reviews) "anti-God" the series of books are. I am a Christian. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and His word tells me to proclaim Him to all. Its when this whole journey called life ends that we'll know for sure. If the atheists are right, I've lost nothing. But what if I'm right...or more accurately...the Bible is correct? It is something to think about. I'm 51 years old and did not come to know the truth until I was 43. I thought I knew but I was wrong. I can now look back and see how God has worked in my life to bring me to where I am now. For this I am so grateful. We have to be careful of seemingly innocent movies, books etc. It is very easy to be deceived. If you believe in God then you must believe that there is a dark spirit. The Bible calls him Satan. He is great at putting temptation and deception in a pretty package. And then he hits with the old one two punch of accusation. I believe this movie though seemingly harmless has an ulterior motive. Call me a right wing, Bible thumpin conservative nutjob. To that I say thank you. But I hope you'll think about all of this. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one goes to the Father except through Him.
