105 minutes of heroes bickering...Posted: 5/1/2012A review of Marvel's The Avengers by Laz1287
Was expecting a lot less drama and more action out of this flick. Most of the movie is spent with the heroes fighting each other instead of fighting against Loki. Best fight in the movie last 5 seconds. It's between The Hulk and Loki. Loki starts to go on about how he will win, blah blah blah. Hulk cuts him off and smashes him. Fights over. Captain America was rather lame most of the movie, Hawkeye and Blackwidow put him to shame. Also didn't like the fact they killed off Phil. Add to that the fact that the movie has been out in most of the world for a couple weeks....look up the international reviews, you'll see the plots rather bland. If you're a Marvel fan, go watch it for the last 30mins of action, you'll love it. Otherwise I'd suggest waiting to either rent it or buy it when it's released onto blueray/dvd later this year.
