I was working from home one day and was just about to shut down my PC and clicked on something that took me over to the Pilot episode. Freakin' awesome! Finally a series that's much more clever than all of the mainstream reality shows, and that holds your attention without going toward the risque. Warning: This show is not intended for folks who don't like to use their brains during recreation - you're looking for reality or shopping channels. The characters/co-stars play off one another well too. The introduction of his daughter's character really throws Dr. Lightman's character under the bus - who better to slam all of the windows and doors shut in his ivory tower than his own flesh and blood. Bravo! Now that I think about it, I could have hooked up a webcam while I typed this to see if Dr. Lightman and Co. could tell if I was typing the truth. Hmmm... could he look at a someone typing, say a reporter, and tell if what they were typing was true or lies, just by watching? What about blind or deaf people? Do they exhibit the same facial gestures based on internalized emotions?
