I agree with most people that it started off really slow. I also believe that some of the fluff of the movie could have been taken out too. The movie seems to drag on because some of the scenes are not important and have no action. Someone said that this movie is not going to go down as a "mob Classic" and that's because this movie was not meant to be one. This movie was about the ethical dilemma that frank Lucas and Det. Roberts had to go through. Both saw where the importance of ethic should be in two different places. Frank Lucas felt that the home is the place where ethical value is more important and Det. Roberts felt society or work ethics are more important. Both in the end ended up seeing it in the same light. Was this review helpful? Sign In 1-1 of 1 Per Page |
