i dont think the critics have any idea what they are talking about! my whole family loved this movie....some of the jokes were for the older crowd, but it was just as entertaining for the younger crowd. it is NOT a waste of money..just sit back and enjoy the movie. bravo to steve martin! great acting...

i saw this movie yesterday and i have to say at times i wanted to fall asleep. it has a few jokes but is not one that is really exciting and keeps you into the movie. i think it would be fun for those who know the characters and younger children. i would have waited to rent it.

when i went to see this movie i was thinking, oh yay another boring movie about a horse the beginning was just a little slow, but soon it started to pick up. the story line was great. i was really into the movie! i soon found this isnt your typical race movie. it was an emotional and thrilling movie! it is a great movie to see byyourself, with some friends, or with your family! it is a great movie for all ages! this is a definate award winner, and i will definatly buy it on dvd! TWO THUMBS RIGHT UP!

Posted: 7/8/2006A review of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest by frehley
This movie was everything I hoped! It was also very well worth the lloonngg wait in the theatre. The characters are better than ever! They also start to show some of their deeper feelings. This movie has everything! Romance, comedy, adventure! As usual Capt. Jack Sparrow made this movie very entertaining, with his rum jokes and walking style. This is a great movie, you must see it! Cant wait for the 3rd!
