It was ok movie, it wasn't adventurious or as bloody as the first one...........but the blood and guts u do see it made me hurt........The movie starts off where the first one leaves off and now it's about three women kinda touring europe, This one as a twist at the end...........The only thing i didn't like about this movie was the ending, i felt the movie didn't end right left you kinda hanging...............also it's amazing how sick people can be in the world, you know this stuff probably actually do go on somewhere in the world...............The movie is not scary, but if you want to be on your sit and see some blood and guts go see this movie, it is worth going to see, but don't eat anything before you go see this movie........................when it comes on dvd it's def worth renting and it's worth buying, if you can just get past the ending....i don't i just don't like movies that leave you hanging at the end...........i could watch it over again with some friends thats why i gave it 3 stars....................the movie is not scary at all, just goory and bloody and the first one was a better.........just my opinion more reviews comming. Well freaky stuff starting happening and at first the only one that could see it was the baby of the family and i don't know why.........The family is toooo broke to move and all their money and life savings is tied up in this farm......The end has a twist to it, but the twist is something totally off the left field, but it ties the end of the movie together once u see it........It's just stuff in the beginning is not explained in deteailed until the middle of the movie and then it all hits you at once, kinda overwhelming....................I rented it thinking it was going to be like the grudge, but not even close.............if you want a good scary movie and haven't seen the grudge rent that instead. for this movie wait for it to come on cable t.v........ not worth renting or buying........i couldn't watch it again, because it didn't pull my attention to watch it again, but it did have me on my sit in scenes thats why i gave it 3 stars................just my opinion more reviews comming........... Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful CRITIC WITH MORE THAN 1 MOVIE REVIEWPosted: 6/3/2007A review of A Good Year by JCaldwell704 THE MOVIE WAS OK MOVIE, while i was watching it i couldn't believe how somone who has any good memories of when they was a little CHILD, can put a price tag on it.....The funny parts to me is when russel crowe was riding by the french cyclist team and yells out LANCE ARMSTRONG and flips them off......also the wine vinyard and views of france is amazing...stuff like that couldn't exsist here in the states......The movie also shows how money, job and career can blind you and keep you away from yourself and the ones you love.....and how big business don't care about your family or you and how someone is always out to get your job lol....but it's up to you to find out whats important...........The movie is a good movie if it's raining out side and you have a date over...............Not worth buying, and only worth renting if everything else is checked out..............But i will say it's def worth watching it when it comes on cable t.v...........just my opinion more reveiws comming....... Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful a Critic with more than 1 movie reviewPosted: 5/25/2007A review of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End by JCaldwell704 First off i saw this morning that hickory, nc was showing the movie at 10 am. so i jumped on that time frame. any other time would be hard getting seats............THIS MOVIE WAS FAR BETTER THAN THE FIRST TWO MOVIES.....The movie starts off with the same intensity where the second one left off.....Barbosa kicks butt in this movie...... Also the movie has chow yun Fat in it and keith richards as captain jacks dad.....This movie opens your eyes up to more Mysterious stuff about pirates than the first two movies ever did.............Also you can tell that the director took time and researched pirates very throughly, down to one scene they actually used black beards flag on one of the ships and the weapons..........The only thing i wished in this movie is that it showed more of davie jones and more of the black witch doctor and more of keith richards as jacks dad .........Two people do get married in this movie i thought that scene *$#^ed.............Also the cool thing is you get to see asian pirates, african pirates, indian pirates, i mean you see pirates from all ethnics in this movie that i thought was really awsome, you get a history lesson and watch a movie...............This might be or it might not be the last of the movies it's hard to tell the ending there is a twist.................................. ..................... .....Also Stay until all the credits have rolled there is another scene hint hint................................... I could watch the movie over and over again and it again. thats why i gave it 5 stars, but it deserves 10 stars....................... well worth going to see and worth buying and renting when it comes out.......................just my opinion more reviews comming. Kids and everybody from all ages will find something to enjoy out of it.....................Also Shrek still comes with that adult humor that kids cant pick up on.....................I mean if you pay attention in this movie you will see and hear stuff that kids dont pick up on or understand and you will hear all the adults laughing in the theater..........For instance one of my favorite parts of this movie was donkeys kids they are mixed and funny looking but adults would understand that.......................its just a good family movie for all to see and laugh, and after all it is a kids movie enjoy it for what its worth..........
Def worth renting and buying when it comes on dvd.........i couldnt watch it over and over again, like back to back, but when it comes on dvd i will def rent it and watch it once more........... thats why i give it 4 stars...........just my opinion more reviews comming. one minute later he is with this group, that can see back in the past 3 days. and can leave and alter the present.
so the movie jumps back and forth from the past, present and futrure. if you dont follow this movie very, very, very close you will miss alot and it will leave you hanging.
The movie is very hard to follow, i felt like i was studying a video in college and there is a test at the end.
i couldnt watch this movie over again. dont buy it, dont rent it, wait for it to come on cable tv. just my opinion, more reviews comming. Was this review helpful? Morgan freeman is an actor, who is about to accept a up comming role, but he is not commented to doing the role until he does some research.
so he picks this mexican grocery store in cali to do his research, he follows and studies this cashier for one day. The cashier is the stereo type of trash.
Morgan freemens comes along and follow her through the day and bascially gives her fresh air and a new outlook on life.
The ending leaves you hanging abit.
The only funny part is morgan freeman and the old latino manager of the grocery store, but as far as that. thats it.
i couldnt watch this movie again, its boring and slow at the end you kinda think wow that was kinda pointless movie.
not worth buying, not worth renting, wait for it to come on cable tv.
