We all ended up liking the movie a lot. According to both our friend and another history buff, it was extremely accurate. None of us are Tom Cruise groupies, but were pleased by his performance and the performance of others in the movies, such as Bill Nighy, Eddie Izzard, and Kenneth Brannagh. Even though one knows how the movie ends, the script kept one on edge, waiting for the plot to be discovered. I would recommend this movie to anyone who is interested in the politics of World War II rather than in watching a shoot-em-up, special effects fest. Was this review helpful?
