Thank You for setting an good example of how women/men should be treated by a partner, on your show. Just because someone has a few dollars in the bank, doesn't give them the right to treat a partner less than respectable. I live in Los Angeles and have experienced the immature, self- obsessed person who is focused on "what can this person do for me" attitude. I suffered from it myself. Then I grew up and learned how to unselfishly give of myself, to another person.
If people knew how to give love unselfishly in a relationship, I bet they wouldn"t need so much help. Learning to give love/respect to another person, is a beautiful thing, and will always work well in any relationship. It is very hard to do, because it takes sacrifice. I have been married for 17 years, and I can tell you the most important thing, that has kept us together, is our ability to give love unselfishly, and sacrifice things for the good of the relationship. Also, a strong faith is important. When I can"t see my way clearly, I lean strongly on my faith. So far, we have been able to get through any situation life gives us.
