Most people think she lacks talent and that she has not done a good movie since the Parent Trap! I beg to differ!!!Along with "Mean Girls" Georgia Rule is one of my favorite movies!Very Witty! Sure it has the most random cast of people and Lindsay did have her problems with the director because of her "exhaustion" or hangovers as i like to call them, but I think she played the character very well. The subject matter of the movie was portrayed in a way to let people who are victims of sexual abuse not feel embarrased to tell a family memember because in the end they will help you. This movie has a sense of comic rellief to lighten the load of the subject matter which in a way i think helps people to become vocal, Granted sexual abuse is no laughing matter in anyway shape or form but it may help....Aside from the whole sexual abuse thing Lohan plays a teenage girl to a T! She is about to attend college, her mother is an alcoholic and has been remarried and pays no attention to her...what else can she do BUT REBEL... in a way in almost portrays her REAL LIFE scenario..I think Marshall casted the right person for that part. I think this movie is worth seeing and when watching it RULE out any opinion you have on LaLohan ( you try being a childhood celeb...not any one of them are in thier "right minds") Give her a break!
