The plot was quite inventive and sometimes very funny in a dark sort of way. The acting was top notch and excellent. Congrats to all the cast but mostly to Will Ferrell and Emma Thompson for outstanding performances. I can plainly see that Thompson will be up for a third Oscar for this film. Maybe even a best picture Oscar?? All in all, five stars quite easily the best film for Thompsons prestigous career. Was this review helpful?
