Paris Hilton has been quite the giver since she was sprung
from the hoosegow. Not only has the newly philanthropic-minded starlet
selflessly donated her precious saliva to an Australian surfer dude and droopy-drawered musician Cisco Adler, but she's also shared
it with a needy NASCAR driver, reports the New York Daily News. Seems Hilton
just couldn't resist the lips of driver Kasey Kahne while partying at Los
Angeles hot spot Les Deux last week. "The two of them chatted for a while," a
spy tells the paper, "and before they parted ways for the night, she leaned in
and whispered, 'God, you're cute' and kissed him!"
Kate Moss might want to keep her ears plugged tight for the
time being. The Mail on Sunday says Pete Doherty is trying to woo her back with
the dulcet tones of a soul-baring new ditty. The pining if petulant rocker, who
last week labeled his supermodel ex a "nasty old rag" in between declaring his undying
dysfunctional love for her, has recorded a tune cleverly titled "A Song for
Kate," which he's asked a pal to hand-deliver to Moss, who's on holiday in
Spain. "It's quite obvious that Pete is devastated and is willing to do anything
to get Kate back," an insider tells the paper. "He was the one who wanted his
space initially but he never in his wildest dreams thought Kate would throw him
out for good and never speak to him again." Doherty, continues the snitch,
"can't live without her. She's like a drug to him ... It's killing him to see
photos of her out enjoying herself with her friends and laughing while he's so
miserable. All of these thoughts and feelings have gone into this new song. It's
his way of saying sorry."
Speaking of songs of love gone wrong, Mandy Moore may be sticking with that
heartbreaking musical theme. In Touch claims the apple-cheeked, scandal-free
starlet, whose split from Zach Braff reportedly inspired several tunes on her "Wild
Hope" album, has called it quits with her music producer boyfriend Greg Laswell
after four months of togetherness. The ostensible reason? Moore wants to focus
on her career.
Diddy and Sienna Miller have repeatedly denied being anything more than pals, but that hasn't
stopped whispers that they'll soon rendezvous in Spain. The London Sunday Mirror
says the meticulous mogul, whose capricious relationship with longtime love Kim Porter recently went belly-up, is looking
forward to sojourning with the semifamous starlet on his yacht in Ibiza. "He is
expecting romance," a Diddy insider alleges to the paper. "He has candles and
endless bottles of fine Cristal champagne on ice." Adds a source to In Touch,
"They have been texting each other back and forth nonstop."
For most teenagers, a typical summer vacation usually means moping in the
backseat on the long drive to grandma's house. Emma Watson, however, isn't exactly a typical teen. The
London Daily Mail reports the well-heeled "Harry Potter" star, 17, recently enjoyed a taste of the good
life during a getaway to the French Riviera with a 17-year-old rugby
player named Tom Ducker. Among their alleged indulgences: a sumptuous
dinner at an eatery in Nice. "They arrived quietly at about 7:30 p.m. and drank
champagne and ate lobsters all night," the restaurant's owner tells the paper.
"They were clearly loving each other's company and said they were in a very
romantic place, with the Mediterranean just in front of them and great music."
But Ducker's dad denies his son is hot and heavy with the erstwhile Hermione.
"They are just friends -- don't read anything more into it than that," he
downplays to the paper. "My wife and I have met Emma once or twice. She is a
lovely young lady."
